Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical/Telemetry/PCU

Earn up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule:

full‑time nights/rotating weekends. 12‑hour shifts (7p.m.–7a.m.).

Hourly rate: $39.18 – $60.73.

As a Registered Nurse on the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry team in Fauquier Health’s combined Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care unit (30 beds), you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients ranging from cardiac to orthopedics, GI, renal failure, and orthopedics.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation of medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient.

• Current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 7 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
