McDonald's - Up to $21.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experience;
Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that promotions are executed; train service staff; organize Front Counter and Drive-Thru for best service;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, is safe, food cost is controlled, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures;
Hire, train, and schedule crew; ensure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated
