Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive - 78 Main Street - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store to store transfers and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.;
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure; manage electronic outside purchase order ledger.;
Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise appropriately.;
Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store.;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.;
Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule; approve deviations; clock in/out per policy.;
Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, secure building and alarms, and secure delivery vehicles.;
All other duties as assigned.
