Join our dynamic team as a Gas Station, C-Store & U-Haul Associate, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily store operations. This energetic role combines retail sales, product knowledge, and U-Haul rental services to create a seamless shopping experience. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring efficient cash handling and transactions.

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling.
• Follow all age-verification requirements for restricted products.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, attractive, and well-maintained.
• Propane tank filling.
• Manage retail math tasks such as inventory counts, pricing adjustments, and cash drawer balancing.
• Handle U-Haul rentals by guiding customers through rental procedures, ensuring proper documentation, and promoting additional services.
• Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies at all times.
• Process rental reservations, dispatches, returns, payments, and required paperwork accurately.
• Inspect rental vehicles and equipment and document conditions in accordance with company procedures
• Hook up and disconnect trailers and other towing equipment safely and properly.
• Move, park, and position rental vehicles, trailers, and equipment as needed.

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for smooth retail transactions.
• Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings.
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette for remote assistance.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly approach.
• Knowledge of retail store product placement, merchandising techniques, and inventory management.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers.
• Experience in retail sales environments with a focus on retail math and cash handling procedures.
