As our Community Relations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in growing occupancy by building strong relationships throughout the Tri-Cities community. You'll serve as the face of Spring Oak, connecting with healthcare professionals, referral partners, local organizations, and prospective residents while creating exceptional experiences for every family you meet.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Develop and execute community outreach strategies that generate qualified leads and increase occupancy.
- Represent Spring Oak at networking events, health fairs, chamber events, and community activities.
- Conduct personalized tours that create a warm, informative, and memorable experience for prospective residents and their families.
- Manage timely follow-up with inquiries, referrals, and prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into move-ins.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team to achieve occupancy goals.
- Track outreach activities, referrals, and sales performance using CRM systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand Spring Oak's presence throughout the community.
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, assisted living, memory care, home health, hospice, or healthcare sales preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate referrals.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to increase occupancy.
$22 - $24 an hour
$1,000 quarterly bonus tied to census goals
