The manager serves as a key operational leader for cleared security personnel, ensuring site procedures are followed, service levels are maintained, and security requirements are consistently enforced.

This role is ideal for a security operations leader with experience in high-accountability environments, team supervision, customer-facing operations, and compliance-driven program execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, development, scheduling, and retention of cleared security personnel supporting the program.
  • Develop and maintain performance indicators, reporting tools, scorecards, and operational metrics to improve team effectiveness, accountability, and service quality.
  • Prepare for and support internal, customer, and third-party audits, including announced and unannounced inspections, while demonstrating adherence to approved controls, procedures, and post orders.
  • Partner regularly with on-site customer representatives and internal leadership to review site performance, address operational concerns, and drive continuous improvement across supported locations.
  • Ensure all assigned security personnel are properly trained, qualified, and current on site procedures, systems, equipment, and contractual requirements relevant to their role.
  • Ensure armed personnel meet all federal, state, local, and customer requirements, including training, certification, weapons handling standards, and use-of-force expectations before assuming duties.
  • Manage incident escalation, documentation, root cause analysis, and after-action reporting, and coordinate timely follow-through on corrective actions.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing security teams, shift operations, or site-level security programs in a cleared or high-security environment.
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, incident response, and compliance-driven security operations.
  • Strong customer service, professionalism, and judgment in a cleared, customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and enforce site procedures, post orders, and security requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related reporting, scheduling, incident documentation, or access-control support systems used in daily operations.
