This Technician role performs preventive maintenance and makes repairs on equipment to avoid downtime.

Duties include:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a fleet of equipment, primarily aerial work platforms and general construction tools, as well as specialty lines such as large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Utilize tools of trade and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Maintain flexibility to prioritize tasks.

Physical Demands: Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, working indoors/outdoors as required.

High school diploma or GED required. Trade school or equivalent training desired.

1-3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas equipment strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

• Base Pay Range: $23.52 - 32.34 (starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and/or experience).
