Equipment Share is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) for our Catlett, VA facility. You will maintain and repair a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using onsite tech to pull data, track service intervals, and determine root causes for repairs.
The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) with overtime after 40 hours and on-call duties with additional compensation. You’ll work with the newest fleet and have access to OEM training throughout the year.
