Job Description- Assist in performing administrative and fundamental procurement assignments, material shipment tracing, and expediting activities with vendors under the direct supervision of material management specialists.
- Maintain material management logs and input material‑management commitment–related information into databases (such as Approved Material Management Reference System, Maximo, etc.).
- Route materials to assigned storage locations, store, stack, or palletize materials.
- Update Approved Material Management Reference System for buyers, if required.
- Operate hand and power trucks in performing warehouse duties.
- Organize and maintain files.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- No required education or directly related experience; some locations may have additional or different qualifications to comply with local requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
- Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Job Requirements
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent.
- Reasonably good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e‑mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs.
- Material handling equipment certifications.
- Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer, including education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications, and Global Watchlist screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

$45,000.00 – $74,000.00
