Senior Fund Accountant

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Fund Accountant for a growing, globally recognized investment management firm overseeing more than $3 billion in assets. • Manage daily fund accounting activities, including reconciliation of accounts, values and transactions
• Review fund fees, expenses, investor activity and NAV calculations
• Partner with third‑party administrators and trading managers to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Lead investment allocation processes across multiple fund structures
• Review annual audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
• Support annual tax reporting processes with third‑party tax providers
• Oversee cash movements, margin calls, capital activity and investor servicing functions
• Assist with foreign exchange and currency hedging activities
• Compile and deliver reports for investors and internal stakeholders
• Support regulatory filings and compliance initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and risk mitigation
• Participate in strategic projects, including new fund launches and fee structure implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2‑7 years of accounting, fund accounting or investment operations experience
• CPA preferred but not required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI is a plus
• Experience utilizing AI tools to automate processes is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Team‑first mentality with a willingness to contribute wherever needed

• Compensation: $110,000‑$125,000 annually + eligibility to earn a bonus
