Dupage Dental is seeking a motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. This position offers flexibility with options for part-time or full-time hours, fitting various schedules. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for educating patients on their oral health needs. • $45 - $59 per hour

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• License & Certification:
  Licensed dental hygienist
• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members
• Passion for patient education and preventive dental care
• Willingness to work within a fee-for-service environment

• Experience with patient education and communication in a clinical setting
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters patient trust

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventative care tailored to their needs
• Build strong relationships through effective patient communication and rapport-building
• Document patient histories, treatment details, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow all infection control, sterilization, and aseptic techniques according to dental standards
• Collaborate with dentists and office staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Attend scheduled appointments during office hours and occasionally work alternate Saturdays
