Senior Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Engineer

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Engineer to lead compliance for utility and energy operations. In this role, you will interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations, manage licensing activities, and ensure adherence to industry and environmental standards. You will develop compliance strategies, prepare and review regulatory submittals, and coordinate audits and inspections. Partnering with operations, legal, and engineering teams, you will assess risk, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements that support safety, reliability, and sustainability across Constellation's energy portfolio.
