- Hours:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days at home

As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities, collaborating with various departments to develop budgets, monitor performance, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions. The role supports the Endeavor Health Research Institute and the five philanthropic foundations across the organization.
What You Will Do- Lead development of the annual budget, working closely with department heads to align with organizational goals.
- Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Analyze financial data, KPIs, and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts to support decision‑making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long‑term strategies and identify cost‑optimization and revenue‑enhancement opportunities.
- Oversee collection, organization, and maintenance of financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Implement and manage financial planning software tools as needed.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess scenario impacts.
- Present financial reports and analysis to executives and managers, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance controls, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors during annual audits.
- Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure departmental effectiveness and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred. - CPA certification preferred.
- 5+ years progressively responsible financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
- Experience in grant management or supporting research organizations is a plus.
