Title
Physical Therapist
LocationUnion Wellness Center, 28600 Bella Vista Parkway, Suite #2010A, Warrenville, IL 60555
Contract6/12/2023 – 9/11/2023 (1 opening)
Schedule- 40 hrs/week
- Mon/Wed 8 am–5 pm (1 hr lunch)
- Tue/Thu 9 am–7 pm (1 hr lunch)
- Fri 8 am–4:30 pm (30 min lunch)
General orthopedic physical therapist. 1‑on‑1 patient care, 60 min per session.
Other Staff on Site- Health Center Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Both doses of Covid‑19 vaccine received
- Drug test will be required pre‑employment
- Any amount of experience will suffice; ideally 2 years in a similar work environment
- New graduates are welcome
- Hourly rates negotiable
- Drug screen before starting
- Fast hire cycle
- ASAP during week of 06/05–06/09
- One round with Cerner Team (phone)
- One in‑office visit to meet the Team
