Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organized and driven Integration Project Manager to lead the successful onboarding and deployment of new clients and technical solutions. In this role, you’ll manage multiple complex, high‑priority integration projects, ensuring client requirements are seamlessly translated into effective operational workflows.
You’ll play a key role in guiding projects from scope through go‑live—owning project plans, assessing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking progress every step of the way. Responsibilities- Create and execute standardized, comprehensive implementation plans for complex customer accounts.
- Create a standardized project plan for each customer implementation (the majority of projects may be of complex/ultra‑complex nature).
- Validate project scope, resource requirements, and timelines with customers, sales, and business owners.
- Validate the plan's scope and associated time and resource estimates with supporting business owners, sales, and the customer.
- Manage activity specified in the plan and monitor progress toward each milestone.
- Proactively identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.
- Identify risk factors and contingency plans, communicate project status and critical risk factors to management and other stakeholders, and adjust as necessary.
- Utilize client and IT documentation to define system configurations, product mixes, and service offerings.
- Use information from the client, sales, operations, and IT to document the project's scope, specific requirements, operational processes, product mix, system configuration, and service offering to be implemented.
- Develop and follow formal transition plans to move projects from the implementation phase to long‑term support teams.
- Document lessons learned from each deployment to optimize future implementation frameworks.
- Manage communication among stakeholders utilizing available tools to ensure that all parties are aware of the project's progress, risk factors, and required actions.
- Participate and lead team mentoring initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, and share knowledge and lessons learned with assigned associate(s).
- Work on special projects as needed as assigned by the senior leadership group.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to functional work
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Able to demonstrate ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency.
- Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.
- Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co‑workers at the level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
