W2 Position

• Automation proficiency—design and implement automation solutions using scripting and programming (Python or similar), API integration, and automation frameworks or tools.
• AI integration experience—integrate AI components into existing software or IT environments, ensuring compatibility and robust performance.
• Security awareness—understanding AI security and data privacy best practices, including encryption, data protection, and ethical AI considerations.
• Independent problem solving—self‑driven, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot complex problems autonomously.
• Collaboration & communication—teamwork skills, communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
• AI/ML expertise—hands‑on experience building AI agents or models (e.g., NLP assistants, predictive algorithms) and deploying them in production.

• Telecom industry knowledge—familiarity with telecom networks or IMS environments; experience with Nokia IMS network elements or similar systems.
• Domain experience—previous work in telecommunications, network automation, or related industry.
• Red Hat Open Shift deployments and automation.
• Continuous learning—enthusiasm for staying up‑to‑date with AI/ML technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.
