As an Industrial Designer with DiMonte Group, you will tackle all aspects of the product design and development process, from early concept generation through production‑ready geometry. Designers in our multi‑disciplined team are talented, innovative, and results‑oriented individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. We look for individuals who are eager to develop their skills while contributing to real product development programs, and who can balance creativity with practical, manufacturable solutions.
Key Responsibilities• Generate early concept sketches and develop form prototypes.
• Translate concepts into well‑resolved 3D geometry while maintaining design intent.
• Build mockups using foam core, wood, clay, and 3D printing to explore and validate ideas.
• Communicate ideas through sketching, visualizations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other designers, ask insightful questions, and recognize gaps in knowledge.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and articulate design decisions to the team.

• Strong foundation in core design skills: sketching, form development, 3D CAD (SOLIDWORKS preferred), and rendering.
• Ability to translate concepts into detailed 3D geometry while preserving design intent.
• Curiosity and an observant eye for everyday product details.
• Empathy and understanding of human factors, ergonomics, and user experience.
• Passion for design, prototyping, and continuous skill development.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for layouts, marketing assets, and product imagery.
