Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities. Provide face‑to‑face sales presentations, promote bundled products, and exceed departmental financial and unit targets while staying current with competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
Core Responsibilities- Develop and manage territory, building local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required sales and activity reports.
- Drive new acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi‑location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects’ communication effectiveness internally and externally.
- Effectively manage a high‑activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth.
- Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that meets or exceeds monthly quota performance.
- Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives while adhering to all company standards and maintaining professional conduct.
- Show punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Understand and apply Comcast’s Operating Principles as guidelines for daily work.
- Own the customer experience by putting customers first, providing seamless digital options, and fostering promoter relationships.
- Be an enthusiastic learner, user, and advocate of Comcast’s technology, products and digital tools.
- Work collaboratively to achieve team goals and welcome new ideas.
- Participate in the Net Promoter System through huddles, call backs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
