Sales Development Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Development Representative role based in Warrenville, IL. The Sales Development Representative will identify, research, and qualify prospective customers in targeted enterprise segments, focusing on organizations looking to scale AI initiatives. Daily responsibilities include outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, nurturing inbound leads, and setting up discovery meetings and product demos for the sales team.

The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and account executives to refine messaging, enhance lead quality, and support campaigns that promote Airolabs.ai’s AI agent solutions and agen Triniti Package.

• Demonstrated Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
• Strong Sales and Business Development capabilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a B2B environment.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technology concepts in clear, business-focused terms.
• Understanding of enterprise technology, AI, or SaaS solutions, or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly in these areas.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate across teams, and manage time and priorities independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, wit 2-5 years of experince
• Previous experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts is a plus.
