Registered Manager, Children's Home – Esland

Location:

Preston, England

Compensation: £44,000 – £52,000 per year + bonus up to £8,500.

Our home is a 2‑bed nurturing residential care facility dedicated to children under the Education and Care (EBD) framework.

What we are looking for:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • Minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children
  • A compassionate, resilient leader who thrives on making a difference in children's lives
