Position Details

Nursery – Bright Horizons Callands – Salary: £13.50 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience).

Location:

Callands, Warrington.

Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Support colleagues with delivery of EYFS curriculum
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development
  • Encourage children towards key milestones
  • Assist with day‑to‑day tasks such as room tidying and preparation
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, following child protection and safeguarding policies
Qualifications
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above early years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
