Salary & Benefits
* £40,000 – £42,500 basic, OTE £50,000 – £55,000 with overtime
* Paid door-to-door, overtime after 8.5 hrs/day
* x1.5 Mon–Sat (regular), x2 Sundays/Bank Holidays (rare)

Key Responsibilities
* Install, test (pressure & vacuum testing) & commission fuel storage tanks, pumps, and pipework systems (steel, plastic fusion-welded, double-contained).
* Carry out all aspects of pipework system installation including fuel filtration systems, vapour recovery & leak detection.
* Work from technical drawings/schematics; to build complete fuel pipework installations.
* Office Support with RAMS, PTW, toolbox talks, and site surveys.
* Ensure health & safety compliance (incl. ATEX awareness) and liaise with clients/contractors.
* Assist with commissioning, handover, and client training.
Candidate Profile
* Time-served Pipefitter with proven fuel system installation experience.
* Skilled in reading drawings, schematics, testing, commissioning.
* Comfortable travelling and staying away when required.
* Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Qualifications & Experience
* Essential:
* Fuel system installation & above-ground tank projects
* Knowledge of vapour recovery & leak detection
* Experience in pressure/vacuum testing & commissioning
* Used working from RAMS/PTW documentation
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Desirable (advantageous, not essential): NVQ L3, SSSTS, Confined Space/BA, CSCS, SPA Passport, PASMA, Forklift Licence, Working at Height, Asbestos/Legionella/Explosive Atmosphere training, Knowledge of Veeder Root TLS, Merridale, Franklin Fuelling.
