Plan your own schedule, prioritise calls, and optimise routes to minimise downtime. Proactive Approach:
Use systems like RDM to diagnose issues before arrival and bring the right parts. Direct Coordination:
Communicate with store teams for smooth access and minimal disruption. Compliance:
Follow health & safety and F-Gas regulations, keeping accurate records.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair refrigeration assets (display cases, freezers, cold rooms, chillers, packs, condensers). Diagnose faults using engineering skills and monitoring systems (RDM, Monika). Ensure compliance and documentation. Collaborate with store teams to reduce downtime. F-Gas Category 1 certificate. Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills. Strong customer focus and ability to work independently. Full UK driving licence. Preferred:
