Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 basic

• Travel to each facility to complete reactive repairs, planned maintenance and small works projects.
• Hot and cold water feeds
• Pumps and valves
• Radiators and heating
• Drainage
• Bathroom and toilet pipework and water services
• Fabric maintenance duties – basic joinery, painting, etc.
• Leak repair
• L8 prevention and thermostatic mixer valves (TMV) and tap temperature checks
• Other associated tasks as required

• Maintenance and general plumbing experience with several years in a similar role.
• Qualified plumber status preferred and may receive higher salary.
• Good customer skills, self‑motivated and a “Can do” attitude at all times.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel on a mobile basis.
• Ability and desire to complete general fabric maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of building services including water, heating, ventilation and waste.
• Ready to undertake training as required by the post and contract manager.
• Capable of operating all systems within the building competently, effectively and efficiently, adhering to relevant guidelines and bulletins.
