Immediate Overview We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Driver Labourer to join a well-established social housing contractor based in Warrington. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with experience working within the social housing sector, carrying out rip-outs and strip-out works in both tenanted and void properties across the North West. A company van and fuel card will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Carry out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs in tenanted and void social housing properties. Remove existing fixtures, fittings, units, flooring, and associated materials safely and efficiently. Load, transport, and dispose of waste materials in line with company procedures. Support tradespeople on site as required. Ensure all work is completed safely while maintaining high standards of housekeeping. Work respectfully in occupied properties, minimising disruption to tenants.

Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Requirements Previous experience working within social housing is essential. Experience carrying out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs. Full UK Driving Licence - essential. Valid CSCS Card. Valid Asbestos Awareness certificate. Valid Manual Handling certificate. Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
