Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, will be responsible for:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of air conditioning systems across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with F-gas regulations and all relevant standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
  • Perform refrigerant leak testing and recovery
  • Complete all required documentation related to maintenance and compliance
  • Work in line with health and safety procedures
  • Liaise effectively with clients, customers, and contractors
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support the wider team as needed
To be successful for this Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer role you must have:
  • Strong technical background including a Level 3 Diploma and relevant NVQ certifications in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems
  • F-gas Category 1 certification
  • Minimum of five years' post-qualification experience
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
  • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to assess and report on equipment condition
  • Proactive approach to both independent and team-based work
