Building Careers UK is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to support planned maintenance and refurbishment works in social housing across Warrington, Cheshire, and Crewe. The role involves working in tenanted properties, carrying out joinery, plumbing, plastering and kitchen/bathroom installations.
Applicants should have NVQ Level 2/3 in Joinery or equivalent and a proven multi-trade background with a full UK driving licence. Temp-to-perm opportunity, 40 hours per week, £20 per hour CIS.
