The company delivers expert installations for residential developments, apartment schemes, and refurbishment projects. Working closely with developers and principal contractors, Future Innovations Tiling & Bathrooms focuses on quality, reliability, and meeting project timelines. The team is committed to professional workmanship and consistent standards across all contracted programs.

This is a full-time, on-site Tiler role based in Warrington. The Tiler will prepare surfaces, set out work areas, and install a range of tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, and other internal spaces in residential and apartment developments. Daily tasks include cutting and shaping tiles, mixing and applying adhesives and grout, ensuring alignment and level finishes, and completing high-spec detailing to meet project specifications.

The role also involves working to site plans, collaborating with site managers and other trades, maintaining safe working practices, and completing work within agreed time frames while upholding company quality standards.

• Strong tiling skills across multiple materials, including ceramic, marble, and general tiling.
• Experience with decorative and detailed work, including mosaics and feature tiling.
• Competence in flooring installations, including preparation, leveling, and finishing of tiled floors.
• Proven experience in commercial or residential tiling projects, ideally in high-spec or large-format installations.
• Ability to read and work from drawings and site plans, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices on construction sites and use of appropriate PPE.
• Reliable work ethic, ability to work as part of a site team, and willingness to meet project deadlines.
• Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in tiling or a related construction discipline preferred.
