Louis Allis is seeking experienced Electric Motor Mechanics / Industrial Motor Technicians for full-time roles in a hands-on shop environment in Alabama. Two shift options with first shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and second shift 2:30 PM–1:00 AM (3‑Day Weekend).
Pay is based on experience, with second shift differential available. The role covers complete motor repair from teardown to testing, including disassembly, reassembly, balancing, windings, insulation testing, laser alignments, and final run
