About the Role:

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients across the lifespan, from infants to older adults. This position focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based care in various settings, including outpatient clinics, urgent care, and inpatient units. The FNP is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic health conditions while emphasizing patient education and preventive care.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams ensures holistic patient management and optimal health outcomes. Ultimately, the FNP contributes to enhancing patient safety, improving quality of life, and supporting community health through compassionate and skilled nursing practice.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and licensure in the United States.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical/surgical nursing and critical care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of patient safety standards and urgent care procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in chemotherapy administration and oncology nursing.
  • Certification in pain management or palliative care.
  • Previous work experience in urgent care or critical care environments.
  • Advanced training or certification in patient education techniques.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
