And more! As a Construction Coordinator, you would be asked to assist teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the team
• Coordinating and scheduling crew and subcontractors on construction projects
• Performing detailed and accurate data entry
• Assisting other departments, as needed

Position requirements include:

• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Valid Drivers License
• Bi-Lingual would be extremely helpful

This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to lift 35 lbs, open filing cabinets, transport materials, bending, standing, or sitting as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
