Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Executive Assistant for DePuy Synthes.
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer at DePuy Synthes. This role is critical to enabling effective day‑to‑day operations by managing complex schedules, communications, and coordination activities. The position offers broad exposure to leadership decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration, and organizational initiatives within a global, fast‑paced environment, making it a highly visible and impactful role.
Locations:
New Brunswick (Any City), Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, United States of America, Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America, Warsaw, Indiana, United States of America, West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States of America.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and manage presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow‑up actions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for leaders, managing communications and prioritizing requests.
- Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, events, and off‑sites.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with expense reporting, procurement requests, and other administrative processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support operational efficiency.
- Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.
- Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate off‑site storage; scan and name for Veeva.
- Upload/submit filings; print and hand‑deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience providing administrative or executive support to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, schedules, and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Experience supporting executives in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Experience supporting leadership events, town halls, or off‑site meetings.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
- Language:
English proficiency is required. - Travel:
Minimal travel expected, up to 10%. - Certifications:
Administrative or Executive Assistant certifications are preferred.
