Position: [2026] LOA- PL- Multi-Divisional Commercial Transformation Lead - CORPO -Manual

Mission to drive the organization/divisions to adopt the RGM-mindset and profitable growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, assortment, mix, and trade investment across brands, customers, and channels.

The role partners cross-functionally to translate data into actionable recommendations that strengthen net sales, margin, and commercial effectiveness while supporting sustainable business growth.

An important leadership role to play to transform the RGM topic into value creation cycle. It combines strategic leadership, business influence and capability building. It partners with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Business Development and Marketing to shape long-term value creation and embed best-in‑class RGM practices across 4 divisions.

  • Dotted line of divisional Commercial Directors
  • Deliver the Commercial Transformation Roadmap
  • Lead the multidivisional commercial transformation roadmap, ensuring absolute alignment with Hub and global growth priorities.
  • Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete, actionable transformation multi-div initiatives across all divisions (Luxe, CPD, LDB, PPD) and support functions (Finance, Digital, IT, Supply Chain).
  • Drive, monitor, and optimize the implementation of core commercial programs, specifically focusing on advanced Business Planning, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Data Analytics, and Commercial Excellence.
  • Monitor Hub performance and ensure transformation programs actively deliver against top‑line growth, margin expansion, forecast accuracy, and value creation targets.
  • Responsible for Value Creation cycle orchestration.
  • Create Promotional guidelines along with Promo Policy & Governance.
  • Bring insights by analyzing tracked by divisions uplift and ROI of promotional activities for Top retails.
  • DRIVE COMMUNITY & CAPABILITY

Cross divisional learnings, upskilling of local RGM tribe; all departments on the RGM methodology, KPI’s & tools.

  • Function as spokesperson towards the international zone team to communicate and share local strategies, initiatives and needs.

Experience & Background
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or customer development roles, with at least 3–5 years in a transformation, excellence, or cross-functional leadership position
  • Strong P&L management acumen - understand the numbers and can connect strategy to financial outcomes
  • Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is strongly preferred; beauty/personal care experience is a plus
  • Proven exposure to multi-divisional or matrix organizations
  • Track record of working with C‑suite stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
  • Experience working in or with Central & Eastern European markets is an asset
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with entrepreneurial energy
  • Strong business acumen and results orientation
    , with a high level of self‑drive
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and influencing skills
  • Ability to influence indirect reports within the Divisions to accelerate change when necessary
  • Proven capacity to influence senior stakeholders within a complex organization
  • Knows how to build and leverage a network to get things done
  • Demonstrates agility in a matrix environment — comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Clear communicator and storyteller with data — able to turn complexity into compelling narratives
  • Ability to challenge constructively and guide decision‑making at all levels
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
