Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Order Management Specialists with German (f/m/d) to join our international order management center in one of our businesses.

You’ll create impact by:
- Acting as a customer and/or Distributor interface
- Administrating of Sales Agreements for the duration of the deals
- Booking Order in Company ERP System (SAP)
- Managing Backlog
- Customer billing/invoicing management
- Engaging in project and process improvement as required
- Proficient written and verbal communication
in German (B2/C1) and in English (B2) - Experience in a multi-national company environment
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Experience or background in business administration or customer service (preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO)
- Professional and effective communication skills
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- You enjoy being a part of a team, see great value in partnership and deliver outstanding service in the international environment
- You're open-minded and tackle tasks with a positive and constructive can-do attitude
