the role

As an Operations Specialist (f/m/d), you will join our dedicated team of four in Poland to drive high-quality transport execution. Your mission is to own and optimize Sea Freight Export processes while maintaining the agility to flexibly support Import business as part of our collaborative structure. This role is ideal for an operational expert who thrives in a close-knit, high-performing team and is passionate about combining freight forwarding precision with digital-first logistics and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of shipments from booking to invoicing for Export and Import.

  • Advise and support clients throughout the entire logistics process with a solution-oriented approach.

  • Communicate and coordinate seamlessly with key partners including customs, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Prepare and document manual quotations accurately and efficiently to ensure compliant execution.

  • Leverage data analysis to monitor customer processes and proactively drive quality enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of practical experience in Sea Freight operations with a deep focus on Export business.

  • Proven ability to adapt and flexibly support Import operations in a dynamic team environment.

  • Highly data-driven and organized work ethic with a strong attention to detail.

  • Business fluency in Polish and good English skills for effective communication in a cross-functional setup.

  • Proactive mindset and strong analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
