As a
Process Excellence Lead
, you will be a key contributor to our client’s Shared Services team within the Operations organization. We are seeking an
experienced, data-driven, and hands-on professional
with a background in
designing simple and efficient business processes.As a member of the Process Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in l
aunching product and process initiatives.In this role, you will be responsible for leading programs and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for key business changes. We are looking for someone experienced, data‑driven, and hands‑on, with a strong background in designing simple, scalable, and efficient business processes - preferably within a financial organization or in close collaboration with financial products.

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives utilizing
  Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Own the
  end-to-end lifecycle of product changes
  , managing cross-functional project members to ensure on-time and effective delivery of projects.
• Diagram, evaluate, and maintain operational processes.
• Lead key change management projects
  utilizing metrics and data to measure impact and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Design and conduct technical user acceptance testing, providing feedback and guidance to product partners to
  improveprocess performance and product quality.
• Work with product and engineering partners to enhance their knowledge of the current customer experiences and existing opportunities.
• Collect data to i
  dentify the root cause of problems
  and utilize information to gain cross-functional alignment, and implement business changes.
• Organize,
  lead,and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Send
  regular updates to stakeholders
  across the company to communicate project status and progress.

• 5+ years of experience in
  Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Product Operations,or a similar function.
• Experience working in a financial institution or with financial products in a regulated environment.
• Certification
  in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
• Experience
  designing business processes
  that drive a positive end-user experience, reduce business risk, and increase overall workflow efficiency.
• Experience
  building processes within a regulatory environment.
• Experience
  leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in
  analyzing, documenting, and mapping
  operational processes through workflows
