*** Advise customers on ordering, delivery and complaint process
* Manage customer orders and monitor there fulfillment
* Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers
* Register and manage customer complaints
** WE ARE EXPECTING:
*** Fluent Czech (C1)
* Good knowledge of English (B2)
* The ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships
* Good communication
* Capacity to quick adaption to a new situation
* IS/IT systems knowledge
