INTL: Senior UX Designer (AI Native

Our respected Client, a leading European real estate investment, development, and management company, is looking for a Growth Designer (AI-Enabled Digital Marketing), who can rapidly build and launch high-quality digital marketing assets using AI and no/low-code tools.

Our Client is seeking a Growth Designer to accelerate digital campaign execution across Europe. This is not a classic graphic designer role. You will own the end-to-end delivery of conversion-focused digital assets, including landing pages, microsites, and campaign creatives, with minimal reliance on agencies or IT. The role reports to the Group Marketing Director and has high visibility across European teams.

• Own end-to-end delivery of landing pages and microsites from design to launch (fast, on-brand, conversion-focused)
• Translate campaign goals into high-performing UX/UI and clear conversion paths (CTA, form flow, proof, structure)
• Build and maintain reusable templates, component libraries, and design systems for multi-market scalability
• Produce and adapt campaign assets across digital channels and formats (paid social, display, email, web)
• Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production of variants, formats, and iteration cycles
• Partner with central and local marketing teams to support rollouts across markets, stakeholders, and timelines
• Reduce time-to-market by streamlining asset creation processes and minimizing agency/IT dependency
• Drive continuous improvement through structured iteration, feedback loops, and performance learning

• Senior, execution-driven profile with proven ownership of design + build + launch for digital marketing assets
• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, scalable systems)
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop and Illustrator required; motion is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with no/low-code tools such as Webflow and/or Framer (or similar)
• Familiarity with tools such as Lovable, Celtra, Pencil or comparable platforms is an advantage
• Strong UX/UI capabilities with a conversion-oriented mindset
• Comfortable building reusable design systems and enabling teams with templates
• B2B mindset, experience in real estate, infrastructure, or professional services is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and confidently with senior stakeholders in an international environment
