Early Childhood Center Director

What You'll Do
- Maintain Indiana licensing standards, NECPA Accreditation, and Paths to Quality Level 4
- Participate in management, community meetings, and give tours of the Center
- Responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff
- Assist with proper staff coverage, including staff and substitute scheduling
- Assist in controlling monthly expenses and accounts receivable management
- Support children's growth and milestones
- Communicate with parents and families
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors College degree in Early Childhood Education or related
- Additional coursework in a related field or a master's degree preferred
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
- Three years of progressive and relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations relating to child care facilities
- Team-focused, proactive attitude
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other childcare programs
