Description
The Process Engineer will support a large‑scale regulatory‑driven product update initiative. This role is responsible for assigning new product numbers, recreating product data, and replicating product data across thousands of parts to ensure compliance with updated regulations. The individual will work extensively in SAP and Microsoft Excel, manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings, approve change control records, and collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assign and create new product numbers in support of regulatory change requirements.
- Recreate and update product data and replicate product information for a high volume of parts.
- Maintain, review, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routings for replicated parts.
- Execute and approve change control records in accordance with internal quality and regulatory processes.
- Perform detailed data entry, validation, and maintenance within SAP.
- Develop, manage, and analyze complex spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to track part replication, changes, and approvals.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems and documentation.
- Participate in internal meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and align with engineering, quality, regulatory, and operations teams.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to product data management and change control processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including managing large datasets and spreadsheets.
- Experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, or product configuration data.
- Familiarity with change control or engineering change management processes.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high‑volume data tasks accurately.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Experience working in the Medical Device Industry.
Contract position based out of Warsaw, IN. The position is onsite and requires a first shift schedule Monday‑Friday. Final date to receive applications:

The pay range for this position is $40.00 – $47.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
