Senior CAD Technician – Offshore Wind Foundations, Secondary Structures

We support offshore wind projects across Asia, North America and Northern Europe and currently employ over 150 staff in the UK, Denmark, Taiwan, Japan, and the USA. We are looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join our CAD team in the Secondary Structures department.

• Build and compile complex 3‑D models using Autodesk Inventor.
• Transform conceptual ideas into 3‑D models and 2‑D drawings in collaboration with design engineers.
• Support project organisation and client with 3‑D visualisations and drawings.
• Ensure the quality of final drawings before they are sent to the client.

In addition to supporting the CAD team for Secondary Structures, you will be encouraged to work across multiple areas of our projects. The opening is for our Polish Warsaw office and may require some travel in Northern Europe.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience as a CAD professional, or comparable education.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault.
• Demonstrated experience producing engineering drawings or complex 3‑D models.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with the full Microsoft suite.
• Strong drive, initiative, and responsibility in assignments; motivated by producing excellent CAD documentation through teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and other consultants.
