WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a hands‑on End of Line (EOL) Process Engineer to support vehicle commissioning, diagnostics, calibration, and manufacturing execution activities within the plant environment. This role ensures vehicles successfully complete EOL validation, calibration, and release processes while supporting production readiness, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Warsaw, IN. Relocation assistance provided.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
  • Execute and support critical End of Line manufacturing and commissioning processes across multiple vehicle systems including brake, steering, ADAS, and body controls.
  • Support fluid fill operations, wheel alignment, steering and brake calibration, camera alignment, ECU flashing, and vehicle provisioning activities.
  • Utilize CAN, CAN‑FD, and UDS diagnostics to execute plant validation routines, troubleshoot vehicle communication issues, and support manufacturing software deployment activities.
  • Diagnose ECU communication failures, gateway routing issues, flashing problems, network wake‑up behavior, diagnostic timeouts, and sensor calibration concerns.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Diagnostics, Software, Validation, and Supplier teams to investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve EOL throughput and first‑time pass rates.
  • Support launch activities, prototype and production builds, and validation of manufacturing tooling and automated EOL systems.
  • Help develop and maintain plant diagnostic procedures, troubleshooting documentation, and automated validation or calibration tools using Vector tool chains and scripting environments where applicable.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, vehicle diagnostics, EOL commissioning, calibration, vehicle integration, or plant support engineering.
  • Technical

    Skills:

Strong hands‑on experience with CAN/CAN‑FD communication systems and UDS diagnostics, including troubleshooting ECU communication and network‑related issues within vehicle manufacturing environments; experience using Vector tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, and vFlash, along with OEM or supplier diagnostic and calibration tools.
  • Calibration & Commissioning: Experience supporting vehicle calibration and commissioning processes including wheel alignment, steering angle calibration, brake bleed/calibration, camera or ADAS alignment, sensor initialization, ECU flashing, and vehicle configuration/provisioning.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive communication architectures, gateways, diagnostic workflows, and manufacturing validation processes; comfortable interpreting CAN databases, diagnostic specifications, wiring schematics, and network topology documentation.
  • Core Competencies: Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills; ability to work effectively in fast‑paced plant and launch environments while collaborating across cross‑functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting EV platforms, high‑voltage systems, AUTOSAR‑based ECUs, OTA readiness, or manufacturing automation systems; experience with Python, CAPL, or diagnostic scripting/automation tools; familiarity with ISO‑14229 (UDS), CAN transport protocols, ECU flashing workflows, and secure diagnostics.
  • Additional

    Experience:
