Manufacturing Engineer II
Support supplier-to-site manufacturing process transfers and production launch.
Develop transfer plans, manufacturing documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, validations), and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Coordinate equipment installation, process validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Product Development, and suppliers.
Drive troubleshooting, risk mitigation, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and change control activities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
3–5 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
Experience with manufacturing transfer, NPI, or supplier-to-site transfers.
Knowledge of process validation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing documentation.
Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, aerospace, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
