Job Summary

MS Companies is seeking a Sealer Automation Manufacturing Engineer. This person is responsible for supporting, improving, and optimizing automated sealing operations within coatings and bonding manufacturing processes. This role requires strong expertise in Fanuc automation sealing equipment and hands-on experience with process development, equipment troubleshooting, and manufacturing support. The engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of automated sealing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and improve automated sealer processes used in coatings and bonding applications.
  • Serve as the technical expert for Fanuc automation sealing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment, process, and automation issues to minimize downtime and improve performance.
  • Lead process optimization efforts to improve quality, cycle time, uptime, and repeatability.
  • Partner with maintenance, production, and controls teams to resolve equipment and process concerns.
  • Develop and implement standard work, process parameters, and operating procedures.
  • Support equipment commissioning, startup, validation, and process qualification activities.
  • Analyze production data and equipment performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical support for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
  • Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist with new equipment launch, tooling changes, and process transfers as needed.
