Must Have- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Engineering or Scientific discipline
- 0-2 years of technical engineering experience
- Experience in using scientific problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, process map, 5 whys, Is/Is not, etc.)
- Certified Auditor
- Problem-solving skills:
Ability to identify root causes - Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis methods and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Education Required:
Bachelor in Engineering - Years' Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience - Work Schedule:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
- Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier-related problems as they occur.
- Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met.
- Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.
This position is a specialist career stream, typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. The role involves:
- Delivering and/or managing projects assigned and working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Acting as a mentor to colleagues or directing the work of other lower-level professionals.
- Setting objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments.
- Contributing to the completion of project milestones and may have some involvement in cross-functional assignments.
- Communicating primarily and frequently with internal contacts to share information, status, needs, and issues to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
