• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Engineering or Scientific discipline
• 0-2 years of technical engineering experience
• Experience in using scientific problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, process map, 5 whys, Is/Is not, etc.)

• Certified Auditor

• Problem-solving skills:
  Ability to identify root causes
• Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis methods and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
• Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier-related problems as they occur.
• Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met.
• Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.

• Delivering and/or managing projects assigned and working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• Acting as a mentor to colleagues or directing the work of other lower-level professionals.

• Contributing to the completion of project milestones and may have some involvement in cross-functional assignments.
• Communicating primarily and frequently with internal contacts to share information, status, needs, and issues to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
