Are you ready to take a strategic leap and shape the future of Finance at L'Oréal? We are looking for an experienced and visionary finance leader to join our newly created structure within the BEST SG&A team in Warsaw – at the position of Zone & Beauty Tech/IT Finance Team Manager. As this is a newly created position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the team's operating model, establish new governance frameworks, and leave your personal mark on the organization.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the strategic finance partner for Zone Europe across two critical and interconnected domains: SG&A cost management and Beauty Tech / IT Finance governance. You will drive discipline in operating cost management, ensure confident allocation of technology resources, and enable decision-making grounded in clear, forward-looking financial insights.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of 6-7 Senior Finance Analysts, including Beauty Tech (IT) Finance experts planning IT costs for all European countries, and SG&A Senior Analysts collaborating directly with Zone Europe and the Travel Retail Zone.

• Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of SG&A and Beauty Tech (IT) Finance Analysts. Foster a strong business partnering mindset, ensuring the team delivers high-value advisory services rather than just standard reporting.
• High-Level Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to top-tier executives, including Zone CFOs, Division Zone CFOs, Country CFOs and CIOs.
• Financial Planning & Governance: Oversee complex financial planning and budgeting processes for SG&A and IT costs (including Capex) across the European Zone.
• Financial Storytelling: Translate complex financial data into compelling narratives and actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
• Risk & Opportunity (R&O) Management: Cultivate an anticipatory mindset to proactively identify risks and opportunities, ensuring sustainable efficiency and value creation.

• 8-10 years of solid experience in Business Finance / Controlling.
• Proven team management experience
  , preferably leading international or cross-cultural teams.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• SG&A, IT Finance & Capex Expertise:Strong experience in managing operating costs with a focus on efficiency and optimal resource allocation, coupled with a solid understanding of technology cost planning and governance.
• Tech-Savvy & Continuous Improvement Mindset:Solid practical knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools (SAP, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). Strong understanding of how technology and automation can be leveraged to drive process efficiency, simplify workflows, and deliver enhanced value to stakeholders.
• Core Competencies:
  • Mastery in C-suite stakeholder management and financial storytelling.
  • Excellent prioritization and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain resilience and composure under pressure.
  • Strong capability in influencing without formal authority.
• Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
