Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking an experienced and results-driven Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, Indiana. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven SNF leader who is committed to regulatory excellence, operational performance, and delivering exceptional resident care.
As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee all day-to-day facility operations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will play a pivotal role in leadership development, financial stewardship, and overall facility success.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee all operational and business functions of the facility.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and quality standards.
Lead annual state survey processes and maintain continuous regulatory readiness.
Manage budgeting, financial performance, revenue oversight, and cost controls.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership to implement and sustain effective healthcare programs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Develop, implement, and enforce facility policies and procedures.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing department leaders and staff.
Active and unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an NHA in a long-term care or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and operational management expertise.
Salary up to $145,000 annually
