RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Every 3rd weekend required, no on-call responsibilities

• 72 guaranteed hours bi-weekly

• 13-week contract duration with maximum of 1 week RTO

• 1-2 years Emergency or Critical Care experience required

• Indiana RN licensure required

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC

• Critical care skills required including arterial lines, chest tubes, STEMI, strokes, codes, IV drips

• Care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric

• Patient ratio of 4:1

Any shade of blue scrubs (most wear navy blue)

• Must live greater than 50 miles from facility

• Required to attach all licenses and certifications with submission

This community hospital features a 72-bed facility with a 20-bed emergency department that handles approximately 1,360 patients monthly. The emergency department provides comprehensive emergency services for all ages, offering critical care services including advanced cardiac care for STEMI patients, stroke care, trauma services, and complex medical cases requiring intensive monitoring and intervention.
