RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• 72 guaranteed hours bi-weekly

• Every third weekend requirement

• No on-call requirements

• May be required to float to MS Telemetry with 6:1 ratio

• Block scheduling not available

• Patient ratios: 3:1 or 2:1 depending on patient type, 1:5 if MS overflow

• Care for ventilator-dependent patients, IV drips, IV sedation

• Handle recoveries after hours occasionally

• Work in 14-bed ICU unit with monthly volume of 175 patients

• Critical care and progressive care services including vent patients

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS

• Indiana RN license required

• Current driver's license required

• 1-2 years critical care experience required

• EMR system:
Cerner

• No ECMO or trauma experience required

• Must live greater than 50 miles from facility
