Human Resources Manager – Audio Video Division

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join the Audio Video Division in Warsaw, IN. The role serves as an internal consultant to organizational leaders, partnering to build high-performing teams and plan for future growth through the design and implementation of comprehensive human resources programs. This includes organizational talent development, succession planning, engagement, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting and retention, compliance, and workplace safety.

Additionally, the role leads and manages HR projects and initiatives—such as process improvements, technology implementations, and cross‑functional programs—ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact on business objectives.
